Nordic skiing enthusiasts will find, just 200 meters from the house in the village of Les Alberts, 60 km of trails and routes through pristine landscapes.
The ski resorts of Montgenèvre and Serre Chevalier are about 12 minutes from the house, offering a wide variety of slopes for all levels. Shuttles are available in the village if you prefer not to drive.

Hiking
Nestled in the Clarée Valley, our house is conveniently located near the starting points of hikes to the region’s most beautiful sites. The upper Clarée Valley is a must-see. We especially love June, when the mountains are covered in flowers, and October, when the larches change color. The Vallée des Fonds, the Pont de l’Alp area, and Lac de l’Orceyrette are also highlights not to be missed.
Hiking enthusiasts won’t be disappointed in winter either, with a multitude of snowshoe trails offering stunning landscapes, such as the Col d’Izoard, Montgenèvre, and much more. ⛰️❄️
To cool off in the summer, go rafting down the Guisane, the Clarée, or the Durance rivers.
